Some have replaced their stock brakes with a linear-pull brake (I think that's what it's called) and this eliminated the problem. FWIW, all is still well on my new fork even as the miles add up. Changed to an '06 Tricross Comp fork from the original '06 Sport fork. The problem seems to getting worse as the mileage on the fork increases. I have an S-works fork ('06 version) on the way that is supposed to correct the violent shaking that I have when using the front brake. I hope that does it, as it will be my third fork, including the original. Hhm.
